TONEHENGE.COM, EREWHON and THE LIFE GROUP LA present ... SPIRIT MOVES

Enjoy an evening of Barefoot Dancing, Performance, and Profound Sound Meditation, bringing fun and wellness to people who are either infected or affected by HIV and AIDS.

A couple hours of dancing and shaking it lose yoga style will be followed by The Akimbo Movement Theatre performing a dance piece created solely for this evening. Mystic Pete ends the evening leading a Profound Sound Meditation with his beautiful cello and chanting.

Please join us for this enlightening fun and fulfilling experience on Saturday, May 13, 2006 from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 pm at Bala Yoga located at 145 N. La Brea Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90036. There is Ample Free Parking (enter from alley behind studio and up the ramp) and snacks are also provided. No drugs, or alcohol and all ages are welcomed!

Dress casually in yoga or dancing attire. Be prepared to feel refreshed and invigorated!

Cover Charge for this event is $15.00 (or $10.00 before 7:45).

What is Spirit Moves? Spirit Moves meets every Saturday night. The brainchild of Mystic Pete and Tonehenge.com is to help people find spirituality through the arts. The evening starts with a couple hours of freestyle dancing to L.A.s top spiritual DJs - meet others, have fun, free your body and find rejuvenation through movement (boosting your immune system!). Akimbo Movement Theatre will then transport you to places of wonder. The evening ends with a music meditation led by Mystic Pete on his cello; a beautiful time to venture into deep, healing regions of self.

All the profits from these gatherings are contributed to worthy causes like The Life Group. Our joy is doubled because our festivities and inner connecting financially supports the larger community and those in need!
